EAT!CATZ - a wild hybrid of eat! bistro crazy antics + fun, sometimes disturbing, photos of "THE CATS" (belonging to chef candace hughes) (and don't worry, they're don't live at the restaurant....except for that one time we did lock them in the karaoke room...)
*this little A to Z play on words is purposeful. i'm hoping it will somehow make you think: BOOKS. and what LUCK! eat! bistro shares the building with Aqua Books: the bad-assed used bookstore (hmm...not really).

ps. tip for next year:
i think janis folkerts definitely needs to be included in the “top server category”. charming, good-looking, french speaking, and a dancing queen to top it all off…what more could you ask for?
